As a seller you must constantly watch your account..money is not transferred as promised and sellers are left with no merchandise-we have shipped to buyer but we have not been paid...a glitch according to CS manager that should be fixed next week? Really email and let us know then!
You must be on top of every sale and follow it through. Not paid on items sold months ago. They keep raising their fees, shipping costs but service is worse than ever......so we pay out high $$$ for nothing! They are getting worse NOT better.
They bury shipping costs avg $10.50 to $35.00 per item into sellers price so it makes it look as though our prices are high. it was better when broken down separately and the buyer knew what they were paying for.
They need to train their reps to be consistent...one rep will tell you one thing...then they do another.....they never communicate with seller on return items which they should do-they just debit your account....you get new items back that have been worn and returned-especially holiday/formal/shoes, Have a clear set of rules, contact seller w/email that they can respond to if a return is asked for. Let buyers know what Tradesy's policies are...not sellers...ie: final sale,returns, shipping costs etc....
