In Feb, I received a package which a ring had been removed from. They filed a claim with USPS or so they said.
Deny return of money. Cheated out of $500. They will not respond to emails!!!!!! I am not a thief but they are.
I think they sent an empty package and kept the ring. Since they said they had filed a claim, I did not but just found out from USPS that I still can. And I will. I don't blame the seller in this but suggested she find some other way to sell her items.
I recently found a phone # to call them but their hours are 8 to 1 PST.
Very convenient. Not expecting miracles but they can at least talk to me.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $480.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
