First, if the item does not fit, they give you store credit - not a refund. Second, the seller can take an indefinite amount of time to send the item to you.
I ordered an item 3 weeks ago for an event, and I have yet to receive it - the event came and went. I asked for a refund, and they didn't address my request. The response from "Team Tradesy" was, indeed, it is a long time, but it looks like the seller just updated shipping information.
So, it should be coming your way. Well, the item is no longer needed!
