I was a huge fan of this site and joined when they first came online, until recently I used them for listings that could sit a while, they are slow for smaller sellers unless you have a big name brand your listings stay hidden at the bottom of the pile. I recently sold some Chanel makeup and nail polish, I asked where my money was and all I get are copy paste replies telling me I have to wait 4 days after delivery and then pay another 2.9% on top of their 9% commission to have it sent to Paypal.

This is the same rate ebay charges and I have my money immediately before I ship, no waiting. They are holding 90.00 of mine, the buyer has their items and is happy, Tradesy still will not release my money with a confirmed delivery and in todays market that is unacceptable, I have pulled all my listings and will close the account after I get my money in several days. I find this policy petty, redundant and very expensive for sellers to have to endure, there are too many other websites that don't do this, If I had sold a several thousand dollar item I could see it but 3 things under 100.00? No, and the fact they charge 12% not 9% before its all said and done is not worth it.

Ill never list or recommend them again. TRADESY SUCKS!

They held more than $2000 they suspended my account and told me to never call them back! Now they've stole my money and I'm out so many items that the buyers already received!

I'm going to sue tradesy! This is not acceptable.
