I purchased a LV luggage and it was not authentic and it had more damage than what was described, I have since returned and they refuse to issue me a refund, so now they have my bag and my money. It's been over 3 weeks and every time I call, I get the run around with false promises.

One rep told me that they didn't received it, one told me to eat the lost and deal with it through USPS. Why don't YOU deal with it? You are asking me to take the lost? You took the bag bag back and are asking me to ask USPS for a $100 insurance refund?

The bag was $1300!! BE HONEST and treat your customers right.

I won't stop until this is resolved. I have already contacted the BBB.
