I sold a bag to a customer. A week later I got notified i am getting it returned!

It was a final sale item. I’m furious it came back damaged with white marks all over the back!

They did the same to me because they don’t want to have to take the hit giving their unscrupulous customers their money back. Email the CEO, Sarah@Tradesy.com.

I got my money back. Good luck, don’t let them get away with it we need to hold them accountable for their actions.
