I bought a bag and it came damaged. i wrote a letter to the CEO and Better Business Bureau and received no response.
The most unfriendly customer service people I have ever dealt with in my life. The worst experience because they had the nerve to write me a letter and accuse me of damaging the bag that I sent back within 24 hours of receiving it.
