Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
I didn't open them right away not realizing I only had 4 days. I was working a lot of hours and planned on taking these on vacation. When I opened the box, I discovered they were a size 36. I contacted Tradesy and was basically told there was nothing they could do.
I have attempted to contact the seller and they won't respond. So now I have paid $700 for a pair of shoes that won't fit!!!
I can understand their policy if I just wanted to return them, but to not do anything about being sent the wrong merchandise is inexcusable. This is fraud!
