Resolved: Received wrong item
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
I didn't open them right away not realizing I only had 4 days. I was working a lot of hours and planned on taking these on vacation. When I opened the box, I discovered they were a size 36. I contacted Tradesy and was basically told there was nothing they could do.
I have attempted to contact the seller and they won't respond. So now I have paid $700 for a pair of shoes that won't fit!!!
I can understand their policy if I just wanted to return them, but to not do anything about being sent the wrong merchandise is inexcusable. This is fraud!
Preferred solution: I would like to get the correct item that I ordered

Terrible customer service
They're just trying to stole as much as possible money from sellers and buyers. When you have a problem with sales, they're irresponsible and don't do anything but unclear policy.

Where is my credit
I have been trying to get my credit for over 3 months now!! Pay Pal has informed me that my account has been closed but Tradesy says that it isn't and they have suspended my account.
I don't even know where to turn because no one is helping (PayPal nor Tradesy)!!! I am beyond frustration!!
I was promised by a few reps at Tradesy that they would call me back after researching the issue but no on has called me!! Once I am done paying Tradesy I will NOT bother with them anymore!!!
