Tradesy - Seller received damaged item back due to fraud
I just received an email from Tradesy that my brand new with tags $495 dress (which I sold for $224) is being returned because there is wear and a broken zipper — neither of which were the case when I carefully packaged the dress and spent $34 to ship it. I video document my items and packing for exactly this reason yet Tradesy advised that they do not care.
I will now be receiving a used and broken (!?) dress back from Tradesy and am also out the shipping and insurance.
I have over 100 high fashion items listed and have had 18 perfect sales on Tradesy, but have to say I am considering removing everything and switching to another site that protects sellers. I’m really quite upset that Tradesy allows such fraud.

Same thing happened to me. I deleted my account.
I sent out a Salvatore ferragmo bag and got returned with al scuff marks on it. And in the notes from Tradesy it says that it took so long to get back to me because the buyer left her wedding ring in the bag. What was it doing in the bag. So obviously besides having a bad marriage she wore damaged it and returned it.
Did u ever get your situation resolved??? I been trying for a week and keep speaking to a representative and they keep saying they will get back to me and nothing
