Buyer has full control, they mess up your items purposely then return to tradesy to get their refund; I've had high end bags, described and pictured to a T, they all returned to me damaged because the buyer damaged them just to get a refund; tradesy has no concern for the seller, I've removed everything from my account. They need to do more to protect their sellers---buyers know they can wear your items and damage and then return them and tradesy gladly accepts them back. Getting money is a joke, it takes more than 21 days and they allow the buyer to return your items way after 21 days, dang shame on you tradesy---protect your sellers
