Stay away from Tradesy
I have written several reviews to warn other potential sellers.On 2/17/19 I sold a coat in perfect condition and the buyer received the coat on 2/23.On 3/8 my funds were released and then on 4/3 I received an email my coat was being returned due to undisclosed stains.There were no stains on the coat it had been in my closet unused for years.Tradesy violated their own terms of sale the buyer has 4 days to open a return request for any reason.My funds were released 10 business days after delivery and the email was sent stating a problem 28 business days after the sale.How is this appropriate they allow a scammer to use my item damage it and force me to accept a return 6 weeks after the sale.Many other sellers are posting similar issues I’ve pulled all my listings and would advise any potential sellers to run from this bottom feeder site.

Attention Sellers: Are you receiving all of your items back? This has happened to me too!
They are testing out a new return policy for items under $150 and it is destroying small sellers. I am a reputable seller with $30,000 in sales with Tradesy over a six year period. All of my items are new with tags and pristine condition. If you are a seller, please call Tradesy's customer service line (844)988-**** and request an Appeal for your return case.
Even if it has been more than 30 days, call them! You have to request over the phone- they don't respond honestly via email. If enough of us Sellers call in they will be forced to make a change!
Otherwise, all of us sellers will pull out and there will be nothing left to sell. Without the sellers and their inventory, there is no Tradesy.
