My first purchase was a bag, $460 bag.

Listing said "Like new, no visible signs of wear"

It shows up and there are scratches all through out the leather, deep long scratches the lining is filthy.

Is this not visible signs of wear???

I email tradesy about the bag and they ignore me.

You only have 3 days to return and even if you do you may just get store credit, not your money.

If you send them feedback they don't respond either.

They have no real customer service.

I really wish I'd read all the reviews before making my first purchase. Make sure you read every single word on that website, as you may not get your money back and just credit you can only use at tradesy.

Also, they have fake bags listed (there is no guarantee anything is authentic, you could get a fake bag but they claim they will refund you if this happens.)

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $460.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Don't fault Tradesy if you are not dilligent enough to return your item ON TIME if you're not happy. 3 days should be sufficient time to initiate a return for whatever reason.

I've returned 2 items before within the 3 day period and have on BOTH TIMES received a full refund. Procrastinators should just shop at a regular retail store as they will have plenty of time for you to return it.......
