1) No quality control - Since Tradesy does not review sellers, you have no idea which ones are honest.

2) Long delays in shipping - Tradesy process of sending shipping labels to sellers delays shipping which can take over two weeks for domestic sales

3) Misrepresentations are prevalent -sellers can state what the retail price is without Tradesy verifying if it is true - descriptions of the items are left to the seller and the size may be inaccurate.

4) Promotional gifts are often not applicable - You can not find it on the website but promotional gifts do not apply to sale items. Think about it "what is a sale item"

5) Customer service is not helpful - "they have a "siege mentality" and instead of trying to solve problems they look for technical reasons to say "NO". Customer service hours are short.

6) Given their problems the probability that Tradesy will go Bankrupt is high. What will happen to sellers and buyers if this occurs.

wow sounds like a comment from a disgruntled employee or competitor. If you are an individual having problems, state yr case rather than rambling a long list of YOUR personal opinion of the business.

In everything you read, always take it with a grain of salt.......I've had over $25,000 in sales, 2 problems but nothing major. Lets just say no website is perfect. If you buy or sell online there is always I repeat **ALWAYS** an element of risk.

Can't afford the risk, don't buy or sell online. Just take yr biz to a local brick & mortar - best advice there is.
