The 100% authentic or your money back is complete BS. In my case it is because the item was from overseas.

While Tradesy is upfront about this policy, the seller is not, nor are they required to be apparently. The seller in my case is Coco Luxury whose address is listed in Chicago. However, my bag came straight from China with NO INDICATION ahead of time that was the case. If they had been upfront about that I would have never bought this item as Tradesy doesn’t guarantee authenticity from overseas.

They fail to mention that they allow sellers to give false information about the fact that they are NOT MAILING FROM THE USA.

Being *** is the only thing Tradesy is good at. DON’T DO IT!!!!

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

So many ignorant people on here. Do you guys realize they have a Louis Vuitton store in China?

2nd hand items are all over the world. Just because it comes "from China" does not mean it's fake, you just have to be careful where you're buying it from. There are scammers of all races in the USA as well.

I have never had a problem with Tradesy, I always send my bags back to Tradesy to get it authenticated for me or use authentication services. Tradesy will authenticate you bag and send it back to you if it's authentic.

I agree. This is the most asinine thread I've ever read.

There are numerous Louis Vuitton stores in China.

People should research and educate themselves prior to posting ignorant comments. If anything I got a good laugh!!

Did you get a refund from Tradesy or site credit ?

I recently purchased a Louis Vuitton neverfull bag and a Keepall bag. To me they both seem like real bags, so I took them to LV store for repair and the repair people told me that the bags are indeed authentic, because of the price. I've learned from experience that the LV store sales associates are not professional enough in terms of how to authentic a bag , but the repair department are experts and more creditable when it comes to bags authentication .

I have also been mislead. Bought a bag from Tradesy Coco-luxury merchant.

Item shipped from some industrial town in China. Louis Voitton from China, yeah right!

Would have never ordered if I knew it was coming from China. The 100% examine by hand claim is ***

Just went through this with Tradesy they should list the buyer as an international buyer and let the customer determine whether they want to move forward with the purchase. I contacted them to cancel them filed a dispute with my bank. I would not purchase a designer bag from an international seller Tradesy mislead me and I’m very disappointed

I’ve been in this business for 9 years, and have been purchasing some bags from this seller for a few times in the past two years . Like most people, I was also suspicious of the authenticity of their bags at first , but after the seller explained to me some their authenticity process , and having authenticated by Tradesy , it made me believe that their bags are indeed authentic and real.

From personal experience, the sellers know what the impact of a fake bag can do to their business reputation, so they will examine from different perspectives to make sure the item is authentic before it goes out to the customers.

I read many comments regarding suspicion about the authenticity of the bags from China. But this seller doesn't sell fakes, they are very strict on their authentication process, overall a pretty good shop with fair prices.

How can a bag be authentic coming from China? LV is made in France. It's idiotic to think they first send it to China and then it comes back to US

What if some Chinese buyers bought the bag from France, then sold to the 2nd handed store when they determine not to use the bag anymore? This scenario is possible.

I brought more than 50 bags from coco luxury, low prices and no fake, I am a reseller.

Possible fakes are all over Tradesy at this point since they allow those Japanese sellers who claim Japan does not allow fakes and strict policy blah blah. Tradesy is looking at generating revenue since the fees have went up all the service has gone down. Holding money to earn interest or they are in a ponzi or robbing peter to Paul whatever you want to call it, It’s quite troubling.

I bought it from them before. Prices are lower than those of other merchants.

But it's also delivered in China and I'm worried. But it's real products after receiving them. I am a reseller.

I have bought a lot of bags here. Don't worry it's not fake

Guest

I bought from cocoluxury on Tradesy they’re authentic bags. very nice people will buy again
