My shipping kit was supposedly sent on January 6 (inexplicably 2 days after the order was placed by the buyer), but now 14 days later I still have not received it. My multiple emails reporting the delay have been ignored.

This is very poor service for the buyer. When I first began using Tradesy, my shipping kit arrived promptly, and the service has gradually become slower and slower. I have no idea why this requires at least 100 words.

I would expect Tradesy would prefer having a succinct explanation of the problem, but instead this requires filling in additional words before the message can be sent. That certainly seems counter productive.

If you can find a law that Tradesy breached I'd be in the class action. They have gone from poor to appalling on transfers. From sale to receiving funds more than one month.
