Customer service team is vey unprofessional and seems o be in a hurry to get you off the phone even though they have earned money from you. I am still awaiting payment from a sale on Sunday 12/6/2015.

Seller be aware!!!!!! Their trust is in the buyer and not the seller. Even though you may have described your item in detail with photographs the buyer word obviously over rules yours and they receive prompt resolution to their claim. In addition, your item may have been altered or switched for a fake since there is no way to prove other wise and Tradesy.com does not protect/cover you from such activities.

Try selling on craigslist.com; at least you have the ability to allow the buyer

to inspect the merchandise before an exchange. On Ebay.com they do provide a protection program that protects your interest as well as the buyer.

Reason of review: Poor customer service. Lack of seller protection. Slow payments to seller..

Monetary Loss: $45.

Preferred solution: More protection for sellers. Faster payments since you all are paid immediately after funds transfer. Customer service agents who understand that they are being paid ALL DAY to hear and resolve issues..

I liked: User friendly website.

I didn't like: Costing seller time, Poor customer service, Slow payments.
