I returned 523.00 of product. I had DAMADED LV luggage bag and small purse was damaged. I sent everything back to u. I had a message sent that due to the issue u were going to credit me the 523.00 I also had had spent 43.00 in postage to return.

My bank is involved as well. Your company said they were and crediting my account for a one time refund. That 3 days ago. I used my debit card for the purchase and that money has not been returned to my account.
