Agree with all of you! On several occasions Tradesy disappointed with lame customer service, that just read their "rule book," not addressing my issue.
I think they have robots working in customer service, no one with a brain for sure.
But recently, they've become rip off artists. I asked a buyer if they would come down in price and they agreed. When I went to purchase, the old price stayed. I asked the seller to put a check (we're talking $12 people) in the package.
Nothing ever came! No buyer protection at shady Tradesy. Had a similar experience with unevenly heeled YSL sandals.
No help from customer service. The only recourse is to dispute it with Amex.
Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.
Monetary Loss: $700.
I didn't like: Never again, Lack of customer service and total rip-off of transactions.
