The company does not take care of it's customers in any way - they will fight you to the death to retain every cent you erroneously spent with them.

Just don't because there are way too many other sites to purchase whatever it is you think you must have! :)

Companies like this need to know that we're not going to take it and they have to bend a little bit sometimes to assure happiness happens after each purchase OR give a refund!

But they don't - they hold your cash for credit only on their lousy, full of replica, counterfeit "designer" items - the scams are outta control these days - be carefff!!

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Not authentic product, Dont care to keep customer happy, Combative staff, Middle person sales.
