Wow - exact same experiences for me as a Seller. Tradesy provides dismal "by picture" authentication services, drag their feet on returns and payment to Sellers, and does not return the exact merchandise sent.
The entire business model set everyone up for failure -- the buyer, the seller, and the company too (not that i actually care about Tradesy at this point). Customer Service is non-existent and has cut hours of operation down to slim and none. File complaints with everyone you can find -- in my case they stole my merchandise.
I filed with the IC3, the BBB, the Santa Monica PD. I have blogged and reviewed everywhere i can find to do so.
