I listed my like new Saint Laurent pumps and it was sold and shipped. Shoes was in excellent condition, tried them on and never worn, the heel was flawless, no scratches.
4 days later I get an email from Tradesy that it's being returned to me because I didn't included all the flaws the shoes had. When I received the item, the bottom of the shoe was beyond words. The shoe was worn and the dents and scratches were so deep, it appeared they were running on rocks. I immediately emailed Tradesy and they told me due to the time that they received the buyer request to return, they didn't think it was used.
What kind of garbage response is that? Furthermore, when I looked at my photos I posted, I realized that I forgot to take a photo of the bottom of the shoes so this was an opportunity for a thief to take advantage of a seller. I asked Tradesy how they knew what condition the bottom shoe was in before it was sent and they've yet to respond with an answer, rather, they're telling me what their terms and conditions are when I created an account.
This is over, whether they like it or not, I'm returning the shoes to them and I emailed the Mayor, Senator, Governor, Consumer Protection Agency, to whomever, I'm getting my money back. They will fall, it's a matter of time.
