This was my email to Returns at Tradsey on June 11th and still NO RESPONSE!
I listed a black Lululemon bag at a reduced rate due to flaws which were described in the text as well as the pics. When the bag sold, I reached out to the buyer to be sure they were aware of the flaws. I didn't receive any response.
I had ordered a shipping kit from Tradsey and after a few days I still hadn't received it. I again reached out to the buyer to let them know that I was waiting for the shipping kit and received no response. I then notified Tradesy that I still hadn't received the kit and finally received it. I reached out to the buyer to let them know that I had just received the kit and wanted to know if they still wanted the bag. Again, no response from the buyer so I sent the bag.
Now, apparently the buyer contacted Tradsey for a refund? I don't believe I could have done anything more in order to communicate with the buyer but they wouldn't respond to me.
Is this the reason Tradsey is trying to find a buyer for their business? Check out the BBB rating for this business it is an F!!! Buyer and Sellers beware!
Reason of review: Order processing issue.
Monetary Loss: $45.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Unable to speak to returns team, Inexperienced customer service, Mistreatment of sellers, Returning items due to change of mind, Costing seller time.
