This was my email to Returns at Tradsey on June 11th and still NO RESPONSE!

I listed a black Lululemon bag at a reduced rate due to flaws which were described in the text as well as the pics. When the bag sold, I reached out to the buyer to be sure they were aware of the flaws. I didn't receive any response.

I had ordered a shipping kit from Tradsey and after a few days I still hadn't received it. I again reached out to the buyer to let them know that I was waiting for the shipping kit and received no response. I then notified Tradesy that I still hadn't received the kit and finally received it. I reached out to the buyer to let them know that I had just received the kit and wanted to know if they still wanted the bag. Again, no response from the buyer so I sent the bag.

Now, apparently the buyer contacted Tradsey for a refund? I don't believe I could have done anything more in order to communicate with the buyer but they wouldn't respond to me.

Is this the reason Tradsey is trying to find a buyer for their business? Check out the BBB rating for this business it is an F!!! Buyer and Sellers beware!

jesuslovesutik wrote the review because of order processing issue at Tradesy. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $45 and wants Tradesy to issue a full refund.

The most disappointing in user's experience was unable to speak to returns team, inexperienced customer service, mistreatment of sellers and returning items due to change of mind. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.

Also, this reviewer considered the following company: Yoogis Closet. We collected other reviews about products and/or services offered by Tradesy seller policy for you to read. This information may help you with your purchase decision.

They were supportive but not rational, funny how you scam people having the username you have.

Funny how you judge people.

Aren't you just the owner of Tradsey under a false username, or simply a troll they hired for minimum wage?

Your lack of grammar skills gives you away......

"So basically the buyer got their money back as well as a the bag that's pretty *** up, usually when u push the place order botton its being processed n ready to be shipped, I mean that is how it works; couldn't possibly imagine retailers waiting to ship out items that were submitted if u dont respond and say otherwise all is well to assume you still want the items right!?"

The seller did not tell the buyer the item was damaged until AFTER she paid the money, and she should have waited for a reply. I am surprised they allow three year old's to use their services.

Kevin,

Apparently, you didn't read the whole email to Tradsey. The seller DID make it very clear both in pics AND text that the item had flaws.

That is the reason the item was priced extremely low.

The seller was so clear in fact that they even checked with the buyer Prior to sending the item to be sure that they had viewed the pics. The buyer did NOT respond to any of the sellers attempts to communicate and then asked for return AFTER receiving the bag they had agreed to purchase with full disclosure of the condition.

You are the seller, stop messing around and making posts as other people pretending they support you.

Sounds to me more of a buyer's impatience, remorse or both. The buyer had a contractual agreement to buy the item and the seller should have the right to cancel it if buyer chooses not to complete the sale and NOT other way round where the buyer gets to renege on the deal by asking for a refund BEFORE she even received the bag.

Seems seller did what was right - made multiple attempts to communicate with the buyer but received no response so it should not be her fault. Tradesy on the other hand should have stepped in to contact the buyer to complete the sale and in which AFTER they received the merchandise and still want to return the item, they'll get the opportunity.

You should have asked for your parents permission BEFORE you sent the bag to the buyer. If they did not respond you have no right sending the bag to them without being confirmed they still wanted the bag. Don't blame Tradsey for your mistake.

U make no sense Kevin. The buyer bought the bag, hence she sent it.

She doesn't have to wait for a response from the buyer, they already bought it! Keep your snarky comments to yourself ***.

I think you need to sit down with an adult and have them read the complaint to you and then you can comment, because you just look foolish. The parent can read the words you cannot sound out(the ones more than three letters) You clearly do not understand what you read.

Tradsey told me to send the bag but failed to send the promised shipping packet for days. By the way, they claim the shipping packet is free?

No, it isn't you have to pay for it. Just another deceitful practice from Tradsey. I am filing complaints with the Attorney General as well as the BBB. I hope everyone else does the same so this fraudulent company will go out of business, not be sold.

The fact that someone who is allegedly named Kevin Richards is on here harassing and insulting people and defending Tradsey, speaks volumes to the kind of people this company attracts.

Tradsey repels professional, honest salespersons and has supporters like KevinRichards? HMMMMMMM
