I purchased a Louis Vuitton bag on 3/24/21
The order was confirmed because I was unsuccessful at connecting with the seller I am seeking a refund for the full purchase price because I have not received any correspondence or the item that I ordered I would appreciate if a representative from Tradesy can promptly resolve this situation at hand. Thank you
User's recommendation: Make sure you make contact with seller before purchasing any merchandise from Tradesy.
Monetary Loss: $137379.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Tradesy Pros: People can obtain luxury used items for discount prices.
Tradesy Cons: Poor customer service.

I have the same experience with a purchase on 3/25. They were very quick to charge my card but not send my purchase.
I found out today that item is coming from Japan but is being sent to Tradesy HQ in Calif first. It is apparently been sitting in LA at customs awaiting payment in order for the hold to be released. As it hasn't yet been shipped to MY address, I requested a refund per the note on my account that tells me to contact CS if I want one since I had not received any tracking info yet. When I contacted them they said the item HAD been sent to me (no, it has been sent to Tradesy, not me.) They are refusing to cancel it and refund my money.
I have since placed the charge in dispute with my bank and informed tradesy I will not accept package if they send it.
Horrible CS all the way around. My first experience with this company will be my last.
