Tradesy - Worst company I’ve ever dealt with
I sold a coat on 2/17/19 in perfect condition it was one I’ve had in my closet for years and just didn’t use.The buyer received the coat on 2/23 and on 3/8 my funds were released.So on 4/3 I have an email my coat is being returned due to undisclosed stains and they refunded the buyer through my account balance.Tradesy terms of sale state the buyer has 4 days to open a return request not a month I’ve sent several emails and no response.Ive sold almost 6k on their horrendous site and have almost 60 sales I would have disclosed damage if there was any.They allowed a scammer to damage my item and think nothing of violating their own terms.Ill never use them again and will tell all sellers run from this bottom feeder company

Preferred solution: Full refund.
Tradesy Cons: Poor treatment of sellers.

They are testing out a new return policy for items under $150 and it is destroying small sellers. I am a reputable seller with $30,000 in sales with Tradesy over a six year period. All of my items are new with tags and pristine condition. If you are a seller, please call Tradesy's customer service line (844)988-**** and request an Appeal for your return case.
Even if it has been more than 30 days, call them! You have to request over the phone- they don't respond honestly via email. If enough of us Sellers call in they will be forced to make a change!
Otherwise, all of us sellers will pull out and there will be nothing left to sell. Without the sellers and their inventory, there is no Tradesy.
